RUN ENDER RUN

(One Man Mormon Blues Band)
March 23, 2002
Yes, my eighth grandchild was named after Ender's Game, by his Father. Ender's Game was highly influential in my Son's life and so Ender ended up being Ender.

Just as his namesake, Ender marches to his own drummer. He knows what interests him, and what doesn't. And he doesn't have time for those things that are not on his agenda. He is an intelligent and handsome young man. He even likes the guitar.
There's a hole in my wall
The lights pouring in
So bright I can't see
Where I have been
Blank pages blowing
Blowing in the wind
Nothing written
On any of them

CHORUS
Run Ender Run
Run Ender Run
There's so much to get done
To get back to the Son

Make no mistake
Mistakes you will make
There really isn't that much at stake
What you know and feel
Is all you can take
'Bout like pulling your finger
From out of a lake

Suns getting warmer
Every day a little more
Outside but I don't remember
Going out of the door
I'm on my way
But I've forgotten what for
I used to know a lot of things
But I don't anymore
