Chance is the oldest boy of my oldest boy. He is energetic and enthusiastic about everything he does, but especially whatever his Dad is enthusiastic about. He is an excellent raquet ball player. He likes to hunt rocks, and is a budding young outdoorsman. He is planning to become a beekeeper when he turns twelve.
Two Rivers Boy
Sleepy little son
Like the rivers run
Two turned into one
Born by the water
Born to be free
You came from the mountain
On your way to the sea
Two Rivers boy
Sleep while you can
Born to grow weary
From a woman and man
A man from the mountains
Chances Father to be
A lass from the lowlands
But of high degree
Two Rivers boy
Awake and arise
Son of two rivers
Fire and ice
You’re part of the water fall
At least two miles high
Listen Chance when I call
Like and eagle you’ll fly
Two Rivers boy
Now don’t you cry
There’s laughter and love
If you’ll just open both eyes
