When Katia was born her Father was driving frantically home from out of town for the delivery and was just a few minutes late. So my wife was present with our daughter. As Katia was delivered into the physicians hands she slipped right through and would have landed on the floor, except her grandmother caught her. So Grandma caught Katia.
This probably should have been seen as an omen since Katia has been very hard to "catch" ever since. She is a pretty young girl with tremendous energy and sometimes a crazy personality. She is very talented on the piano and works very hard in school. Shortly after she was born her family moved away. I have wished she could come back ever since.
She came from Heaven, that’s what they say
But she can only stay just a few days
And in her mind she hears a refrain
A voice from paradise calling her name
CHORUS
Katia come home to your mountain valley
Where the aspen glow and you are mine
Katia come home to the great divide
You know I’ll be there on the other side
She came from Heaven that’s what they say
Though she’s a stranger here she’s not afraid
That she made the choice that she made
Is simply because we prayed
She cam e from Heaven that’s what they say
I know it seems like a long, long way
Like and angel from God above
She brought happiness she brought love
